      How can one verify the status of their KYC process

      Once submitted, you can monitor the status of your KYC verification in the KYC Verification section of your overview page. 

      • Verification In Progress: Your documents are currently under review. 
      • Verification Pending: Your KYC verification process has not yet been started. 
      • Verified: Your KYC verification has been successfully completed. 
      • Rejected: There was a problem with your submission, resulting in the rejection of your identity verification. 
      • Insufficient Evidence: There was an issue with your submission. You will need to address the problems and resubmit your documents.
