What documents can be produced to claim the Relationship with an Artist(s)?

The following documents are acceptable for claiming your relationship with the artist(s): 

  • Management Agreement: A signed contract outlining the responsibilities of the manager. 
  • Authorization Letter: A letter from the artist authorizing your entity to manage their artist page. 
  • Record Label Contract: An agreement between the artist and record label managing the artist's profile. 
  • Legal Representation Agreement/Power of Attorney: A notarized legal document establishing representation. 
  • Official Correspondence: Letters or emails from the artist's official email address or on official stationery. 
  • Business Registration Documents: For entities managing multiple artists, up-to-date business registration documents are required.
