      What are the step-by-step instructions for completing Two-Factor Authentication (2FA)?

      To successfully navigate the Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) process, follow these steps: 

      Install an Authenticator App: Download and install any authenticator app, preferably Google Authenticator, on your smartphone. 

      Scan the QR Code: Use the app to scan the QR code provided during the login process. This will sync the app with your account. 

      Generate a Code: The app will generate a time-sensitive code, typically valid for 30 seconds. 

      Enter the Code: Input this code into the designated field on the Seminal login page. 

      Remember Your Device: Make sure to check the box to remember your device for 30 days to streamline future logins. 

      Recovery Code: Our system will prompt you to save a Recovery Code. Copy and store this code in a secure place as it will serve as a backup method for logging in if you encounter issues with the Authenticator app. 

      Disable 2FA Option: Alternatively, you may disable the two-factor authentication from your Dashboard settings if you prefer.
