If you need to set up a company entity (for instance, for galleries or companies overseeing an artist's work), please follow these steps: 

Navigate and locate the “Companies” tab under the Individual Entities overview page. 

Access Company Entity Creation: After selecting your relationship with the artwork, click on the option to create a company entity. 

Enter Company Information: 

• Company Name: Provide the official name of your business. 
• Company Identifier: 
  • Business Registration Number: Enter the registration number of your business as per local regulations. 
  • Tax Identification Number (TIN): Provide the tax identification number for your business. 
• Address: Input the physical address of your business. 
• Industry: Specify the industry that your business represents. 

Verify Your Business – Know Your Business KB: 

• Declare Your Relationship: Indicate the role you play in the newly created company. 
• Provide Proof of Relationship: Submit any documentation that verifies your representation of the company entity.
